Making Dreams Come True...Valley of Rainbows is a 501.3.c non profit agency founded in 1999 with board members from the community.  

Monthly financial scholarships are distributed each month for Leeward Coast youth, ages 8-17 to attend their cultural, sports, school or educational related activity.  $1,500 is awarded each month.  At the end of 2006, approximately 1589 youth have received $117,645 in awards and a total of 2604 keiki have benefitted from our programs and services.  Click here to find application pick up points.
